Criterion A– (200-250) Investigation and Consultation with Client (3)
Design methodologies appropriate to the type of IT product.
Draft Designs should include overall structure of the product, specific items used like font face, font size, images and other elements that you have used.
Sources should clearly be cited. Remember we use MLA format for this.
Test plans that will include main function of the product.
Make sure that any user who is knowledgeable in IT OR a beginner will be able to understand the operation of the product.
Criterion D Design tools - student should use this tools to design.
Criterion E - (650-750 Words) - Project Development (4) Your product should follow the analysis, your set schedule and the design that you have created.
The product should:
Contain your analysis
Follow your set schedules
The design specification in Criterion D.
Product complexity (I have given you a copy of this.)
Link your documentation the development and should show detailed account, MUST have extended writing that would:
Justify why it is appropriate.
Include screen shots – should show the development of the product.
Additional technical information
Reference materials to support your design and functionality
Codes, Applets and other materials that you used must be cited properly. (in MLA format)
If you miss to cite sources that will be considered plagiarism.
Feedback from the client can be presented in different ways, such as, recorded interview, email exchanges that should be supported by a questionnaire. The evaluation should be about the specific performance criteria identified in the requirement specification on criterion B. Include other suitable feedback after the turnover.
In your recommendation you should use the client feedback and evaluation for possible developments/improvements/updates of the product. The recommendation should describe how future developments will benefit the clients and/or other end users.
